Bomber Command Offensive
The Bomber offensive using four-engined bombers became well on it's way from
April 1942, Stirlings attacked Essen, Lubeck, the Renault works at Billancourt,
Hamburg, Mannheim and Warnemunde. On May 30 1942, Stirlings participated in
the 1000 bomber raid
